**Volusia County Public Library Branches to Close Early on March 28th** The Volusia County Public Library has announced that all of its branches will close at 5 pm on Thursday, March 28th. This closure is in observance of the Easter holiday. All branches will resume normal operating hours on Friday, March 29th.
